We are looking for Assistant Director of Engineering

As an Assistant Director of Engineering we rely on you to

• Manage the Engineering team in alignment with the Director of Engineering
• Handle daily maintenance of facilities with minimum disruption to the operation of the hotel
• Ensure a smooth, efficient daily operation in the Engineering department
• Assist in any engineering projects including planning, supervision and execution
• Assist in the audit and training programs, e.g. Fire & Life Safety and Environment Protection

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Engineering
• Detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility and integrity
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions 
• Enjoys taking on new challenges
• Relevant experience in international hotel group would be advantageous
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and local language
• Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
