We are looking for Executive Chef

 

As an Executive Chef, we rely on you to:

  • Be in charge of leading the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement;
  • Create and develop creative menus and recipes;
  • Build collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure the best price and quality is achieved when purchasing food;
  • Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards;
  • Ensure the ultimate guest experience in the hotel;
  • Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the hotel;
  • Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division.

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • At least 2 yrs in current position in 5 star international luxury hotel chains;
  • High proficiency in English both in written and spoken;
  • Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills;
  • Strategy thinking, logical approach and conceptual;
  • Has a passion for Food & Beverage;
  • Enjoys being creative always thinks outside the box;
  • Has good organizational & people skills;
  • Leads by example;
  • Enjoys interacting with people ;
  • Detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change;
  • Always aware of latest market trends and industry update;
  • Enjoys being challenged;
  • Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader;
  • Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends.
