The Food Runner will ensure a smooth dining experience by promptly and accurately delivering meals from the kitchen to Food & Beverage outlets. By maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, this role supports both guest satisfaction and team efficiency.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
- Monitor incoming orders through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Review order details and prepare necessary items for accurate delivery.
- Ensure orders are completed on time, communicating delays to kitchen and restaurant leadership.
- Confirm orders are complete with all required items before leaving the kitchen.
- Transport meals safely and deliver them to designated service areas or “drop zones.”
- Retrieve trays, lids, and other equipment from service areas back to the kitchen.
- Assist with guest service, as needed.
- Support the kitchen team in expediting orders, when required.
- Assist with the arrangement and delivery of orders to various outlets, including bars, market, and room service.
- Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- One year of Food & Beverage experience preferred.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
