Are you an enthusiastic worker with strong organization and customer service skills? Then you could be what we are looking for in a server assistant/busser. You will work closely with our servers and provide warm, friendly, and enthusiastic greets to guests while delivering food to tables and maintain table maintenance as able. Prioritize cleaning tables to ensure a clean guest area that may be sat as quickly as possible. Make sure bar is stocked as needed throughout shift. Bussers assist in property and event set up and breakdown. Attention to detail and organization is important since you’ll be regularly restocking items in the kitchen and server stations. If you have some food service experience, like working in a fast-paced setting and closely with team members, apply for this role as soon as possible!


  

  • Ensure guest satisfaction from first to last interaction
  • Set up of F&B service areas - roof, pergola, pool, lanai
  • Assist with water service
  • Run food to tables and be able to provide items needed for additional guest requests.
  • Assist in bussing dirty tables when able.
  • Maintain table and bar cleanliness, mise en place, and water levels
  • Assist in bar stocking at throughout the shift and before clocking out
  • Assist with the immediate cleaning of spills or broken glass.
  • Assist with silverware roll-ups and napkin folds
  • Assist with the immediate cleaning of spills or broken glass.
  • Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations
  • Maintain a clean and stocked work and guest area
  • Maintain respectful communication with managers, co-workers, and guests at all times
  • Maintain a friendly rapport with all guests.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists.
  • Participate in cleaning duties as required by management
  • Put away deliveries quickly and in the right location
  • Assist with furniture moving as needed
  • Take out trash as needed and at the end of the night
  • Make sure that non-service specific areas are fully cleaned at the end of each shift.
  • Attend training classes and meetings as required by management
  • Willingness to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing and mobile position for long periods of time
  • Ability to keep F&B areas organized, stocked, and clean
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate.
  • Must agree to background check.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
