Our client is an independently owned, 4-star boutique hotel that has recently undergone an exciting refurbishment. With a busy wedding calendar and a brand-new charcoal grill on the way, they are looking for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to help lead their talented kitchen team.

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef…

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Overseeing service across multiple kitchen sections, ensuring consistency and quality
• Managing high-volume wedding services for up to 180 guests
• Developing and mentoring junior chefs, fostering a strong kitchen team
• Bringing creativity to menus, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Taking responsibility for stock control, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards
