Our client is an independently owned, recently refurbished boutique hotel with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences. With a busy calendar of weddings and a brand-new charcoal grill on the way, they are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their team.

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…

• Creating a variety of high-quality dishes that wow guests
• Supporting high-volume wedding services, catering for up to 180 guests
• Bringing creativity and passion to menus, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring consistency in every dish
• Helping to develop junior chefs and supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in daily operations
