We are Hiring an OEM Senior Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Senior Sales Manager to join our team at a Concord Hospitality property. This role is instrumental in driving the hotel’s success through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client relationship management.

Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating business through proactive sales efforts including direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and hotel tours. This is a highly active outside sales role, with 50%–80% of your time dedicated to sales calls. You will also serve as the primary contact for group events, marketing meetings, and corporate bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business through proactive and reactive sales strategies.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with prompt responses to inquiries and bookings.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, strategic planning, and pricing acumen to optimize departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure thorough follow-up and communication with clients and internal departments.
  • Represent the hotel professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with third-party booking platforms, revenue management teams, and local convention centers to maximize exposure and bookings for city-wide events.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and sales activity goals.
  • Accurately document all sales activities in Delphi or a comparable CRM system.
  • Support hotel operations as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a hotel sales manager role.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with sales systems such as Delphi is preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $64,000-$75,000
