Description:

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist with proven experience in hospitality sales in East Africa. This role is ideal for a professional who understands the hotel and lodge market, can develop B2B relationships, and is passionate about the hospitality and catering equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for our commercial kitchen equipment and hospitality products in East Africa.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, lodges, and resorts.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the hospitality sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, and beyond.
• Represent the company at trade shows, hospitality industry events, and networking functions.
• Provide market research and competitive analysis to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven sales, business development, or marketing experience in the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of the African hotel and lodge industry.
• Excellent communication and B2B relationship management skills.
• Regional experience in Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, or Sub-Saharan Africa preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a family-run, trust-based business culture.
• Based in East Africa or willing to relocate.

Salary & Benefits

• USD $1,500 net per month.
