We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate to join our team in Watthana, Thailand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the region.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to maximize revenue for the organization
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clients
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing corporate accounts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the corporate sales landscape
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Knowledge of the Thai business landscape and corporate culture is highly desirable
