THE ROLE (Contract Position-12 Months):

In this dynamic role, you will lead sales efforts across key segments—including Athletic, SMERF, Government, and Tour—by negotiating group business and collaborating closely with our operations teams to flawlessly execute every booking. Your strategic mindset and hands-on approach will help maximize departmental performance, elevate customer satisfaction, and exceed annual revenue and profitability goals.

COMPETENCIES WE ARE SEEKING:
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 to $75,000 (salary + performance-based bonus for eligible positions). The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; education and certifications, work location and other business and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
