We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Miri, Malaysia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across various market segments.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team fostering a high-performance culture to maximize productivity and success.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Front Office, Revenue Management, Marketing and F&B) to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, event planners and corporate partners to secure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the hotel’s unique offerings.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Forecast sales, set team goals, and develop action plans to meet and exceed revenue and occupancy objectives.
- Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflow, and enhance productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and best practices in hotel sales and revenue management.
