ACTIVITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process, from initial contact and follow up, to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the hotel’s amenities and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Recommend ways to maximize hotel revenue through sales strategies.
- Participate in formulation of the annual Marketing Plan by offering market research, history and strategies.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
