Premier Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the local leisure and inbound travel markets. As part of our national sales team, you will represent our diverse portfolio of hotels across South Africa, positioning our properties as the preferred choice for domestic travellers, tour operators, and inbound partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business from the domestic leisure market and international inbound operators.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, agents, and key accounts.

  • Represent the group at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events.

  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to develop impactful promotions and packages.

  • Deliver on sales targets and contribute to the growth of the group portfolio.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism.

  • Strong knowledge of the South African leisure market and inbound travel trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Based in Cape Town, with willingness to travel nationally when required.
