Introduction

Premier Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to represent two of our premier properties along the beautiful Garden Route — from Mossel Bay to Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing new business opportunities across all market segments.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the General Managers and Group Sales team to compile and implement annual and quarterly sales plans.

  • Manage key accounts and ensure achievement of room night, conferencing, events, and revenue targets.

  • Develop and maintain a Key Account Plan for the top 60 clients, including performance reviews, activations, and forward planning.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region.

  • Maintain and update client databases using Salesforce and Premier Drive, applying Premier’s “hitlist” methodology.

  • Conduct a minimum of 15 client interactions per week, including sales calls, meetings, and property visits.

  • Support the G&C and Banqueting teams to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

  • Analyse sales data, monitor competitor activity, and report on performance trends.

  • Participate in sales and marketing meetings, training sessions, and ad-hoc projects.

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets for both properties.

  • Growth and retention of top 60 key accounts.

  • Accurate and timely CRM updates and reporting.

  • Proactive client engagement and new business generation.

  • Effective collaboration with hotel and group sales teams.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant diploma or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
