Premier Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Durban-based team, focusing on the local leisure, inbound, and corporate travel markets. As part of our national sales team, you will represent three of our properties — Premier Resort Cutty Sark, Premier Resort Sani Pass, and Premier Splendid Inn Pinetown — positioning them as the preferred choice for domestic travellers, tour operators, inbound partners, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow business from the domestic leisure market, international inbound operators, and corporate clients.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, agents, and corporate clients, ensuring key accounts are serviced and grown year on year.
Represent the properties at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events.
Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to create impactful promotions and packages.
Deliver on sales targets and contribute to the growth of all three properties.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism.
Strong knowledge of the South African leisure, inbound, and corporate markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Based in Durban, with willingness to travel nationally when required.
