We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of on-trade customers. You’ll be at the heart of our business, making sure Butcombe and Liberation brands are represented brilliantly, sales are maximised, and customers feel supported every step of the way. This role is a mix of relationship-building, business development, and brand advocacy. Perfect for someone who loves people, products, and results.
What you’ll be doing
Take ownership of a portfolio of on-trade customers, building strong relationships and ensuring profitable growth.
Negotiate trade terms confidently, while ensuring customers stick to agreed agreements.
Spot opportunities to get our brands into new, high-potential outlets.
Balance time between servicing existing accounts and proactively prospecting, aiming for around 40 calls per week.
Make sure our products and brands always look their best in every outlet, following marketing guidelines.
Support the team with promotional and marketing events across on- and off-trade channels.
Keep accurate records, share insights with the business, and support credit control by keeping payments on track.
Forecast unusual orders, manage expectations, and ensure costs are controlled.
Provide regular updates on performance, highlighting wins and opportunities.
Stay on top of admin, from expenses to emails to CRM updates.
Get involved in ad-hoc projects as and when needed.
Who we’re looking for
Someone with at least 3 years’ experience in hospitality sales.
A confident relationship-builder who can negotiate and influence effectively.
Organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
A team player who can also work independently when needed.
Comfortable using MS Office and managing records in a CRM.
A full, valid Guernsey driving licence.
