The Room Service Server enhances the guest experience by providing prompt, courteous, and professional in-room dining service. By delivering meals with attention to detail and proper etiquette, this role ensures each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
- Answer the room service phone within three rings, provide menu information, and take guest orders accurately.
- Relay orders promptly to the kitchen and/or bar for preparation.
- Arrange meals on trays with attention to presentation, sanitation, and timeliness.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms, ensuring professional etiquette and service standards.
- Replenish supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes at the room service station.
- Collect trays from guest rooms and hallways promptly, assisting guests with the removal of items as needed.
- Complete side work assigned by management to support smooth department operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food and beverage service preferred.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
