The Doubletree by Hilton Charlotte City Center is excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. In this role, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences while also supporting efforts to drive profitability for the hotel.


  • Principles and processes for providing customer service, including needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Advanced knowledge of Point of Sale systems
  • Food and beverage products, preparation, handling, service techniques, and other food and beverage standard operating procedures
  • Health codes, food sanitation, and safety practices
  • Ability to meet quality standards for service and cleanliness
  • Make decisions guided by SOPs
  • Analyze activities and information to arrive at logical conclusions and recommendations
  • Communicate clearly and concisely
  • Adapt to constantly changing situations to ensure quality service to all guests
  • Successfully lead and motivate staff
  • Work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


  • Prior experience in a restaurant supervising position. Upbeat personality. Guest-oriented approach
  • Ability to train and motivate FOH staff
