Basic Job Function: Responsible for the overall operation of the resort including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Engineering and Security Divisions. Provides leadership and direction while maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining guest satisfaction levels to the standard of the hotel and of the company at all times. Represents the resort in the absence of the General Manager.
