Job Summary 

Performs preventive maintenance to facilities and ensures premises are kept at the utmost appearance.

Job Duties /Tasks / Results/ Responsibilities

• Works in combination with painter
• Details guestroom or outlet to include stopping minor leaks from fixtures
• Ensures TV, Remotes, and radio is in proper working order and there are no visible scratches.
• Phones operate correctly cables are out of sight and face plate is in good condition
• Replaces batteries to door locks, remote controls & wireless keyboards.
• Touch up furniture to eliminate scratches
• Caulking to bathroom tub and surfaces
• Doors and hardware operate smoothly
• Lighting works properly,  shades undamaged, straightened and tightened.
• Artwork is secured and level, no scratches or cracks
• HVAC thermostat operates properly, filters replaced, vents secured and clean.
• Fans are clean and do not vibrate
• Bathroom accessories are secured & in good condition
• Toilet seats secured, not scratched
• Assist painter with wallpaper installation
• Assist painter as necessary.
