Job Description

  • Payments Reporting & Analysis
    • Consolidate approval rate, refund, chargeback, and FX fee data across PSPs. 
    • Support reconciliation efforts with Treasury, PSPs, and orchestration platforms.
  • Vendor & Market Research
    • Benchmark PSP capabilities (e.g., Stripe, Checkout.com, Juspay, Adyen) across our feeder markets.
    • Track and synthesize key commercial terms and pricing models.
  • Project Management Support
    • Maintain dashboards and trackers across a large scale payment overhaul
    • Prepare materials for steering committees and partner workshops.
  • Product Support
    • Assist in mapping payment flows and user journeys across our digital touchpoints (web, mobile, email).
    • Work with hotels on rollout and operationalizing these new tools

  • Global Payments Strategy: Deep exposure to how a global hotel chain navigates PSP selection, cross-border optimization, and FX risk.
  • Product Management Rigor: Work alongside senior product and commercial leaders to ship real features that scale across 600 hotels.
  • B2C and B2B Payment Flows: Understand tokenization, 3DS authentication, card-on-file use cases, and settlement mechanics across multiple markets.
  • Industry Tools & Stakeholders: Learn tools like Oracle Opera, Citibank’s MCP program, and platforms like Stripe Radar, Forter, and LinkPlus.
