Job Specifications and Requirements:
- To develop and supply dessert products which are world class in their quality, presentation and innovation, in order to create a memorable dining experience.
- Journeyman Certification is considered an asset.
- Flexible to work shift work, including evenings, holidays & weekends.
- Should possess diploma from accredited cooking and baking / pastry program.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel kitchen or upscale restaurant.
- Motivated, career-oriented individual who thrives as part of a creative culinary team.
- Creative and knowledgeable of current trends in pastry production.
- Knowledge & experience in Banquet and a la Carte production is essential.
