Prepare and present exceptional pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Support the hot and cold kitchen sections as required (CDP duties).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with HACCP standards.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Contribute innovative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and mentoring junior team members. <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or CDP within a fine dining or boutique hotel environment. <\/span><\/span><\/li>
A formal culinary qualification is advantageous. <\/span><\/span><\/li>
Demonstrated pastry and dessert skills, with a strong eye for detail and presentation. <\/span><\/span><\/li>
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment. <\/span><\/span><\/li>
A team -oriented attitude, with a passion for excellence and hospitality.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>
Willingness to relocate or commute to Simon’s Town.<\/span> <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
