The Insurance Senior specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our hotel partners, issuing insurance certificates, handling claims, invoicing, providing updates, and resolving any issues that arise. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Responsabilities:

·       Hotel Relations: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with hotel GM´s. Act as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and concerns from hotel management.

·       Certificate Issuance: Prepare and issue insurance certificates accurately and promptly. Ensure all certificates comply with company policies and legal regulations.

·       Claims Handling: Manage and process insurance claims from hotels. Investigate claims, gather necessary documentation, and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely and fair resolution.

·       Updates and Communication: Provide regular updates to hotel partners regarding their insurance policies, claims status, and any changes in coverage. Communicate clearly and effectively to keep all parties informed.

·       Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes related to insurance matters. Work collaboratively with hotels and internal teams to find satisfactory solutions.

 

Qualifications:

·       Education: A degree in Business Administration or Law, or a related field is preferred.

·       Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry, particularly in roles involving customer relations and claims handling, is highly desirable.

·       Location: Madrid

·       Languages: Spanish and English

o   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
