Position Title: Overnight Supervisor
Reports to: Area Manager - Overnight Operations
Reporting to this Position: Lead Persons
Internal Customers: Human Resources, Business Development, Overnight Operations and Administration
Job Summary
Oversee overnight operations to ensure cleaning has been properly done on-site.
Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with NSG values.
Active participation in management meetings that are scheduled from time to time to achieve NSG priorities.
Conduct a daily pre-shift.
Ensure the employees sign in / out or punch in / out daily.
Enforce company grooming and standards.
Assign work to employees following material and work requirements.
Review payroll time sheets daily and prior to submission for pay.
Set up new employees on time clock.
Hiring, scheduling and terminating personnel to ensure proper staffing.
Ensure all employees have filled an application with all the requirements.
Enforce all company policies and procedures.
Control chemical and personnel budgets.
Control chemicals and equipment inventories.
Ensure have supplies, chemicals and equipment in work condition to performance the work.
Inspect daily all areas cleaned and fill the daily inspection reports.
Submits timely reports to the property management.
Conduct inspections / walk through of the property with Hotel Management.
Prepare monthly chemical order.
Train employees on methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment.
Must have great communication skills; be able to communicate with employees, and corporate office on a daily basis.
Delivery the checks on the paydays to the Staff.
Maintain the storage clean and organize free of debris with the bottles and equipment identified.
Request uniforms to Area Manager when needed.
Develop subordinate employees, appraise their performance and make recommendations concerning salary adjustment, promotion, transfer and inclusive termination.
Prepare PAF form for job changes, transfers pay rate increase, status change, promotions and vacations, and delivery to the area manager.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school or equivalent
Experience: Supervise personnel and been worked on the Janitorial business at least 1 year
Languages: Spanish / English
License / Certification / Others: Current Driver's License, preferably
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test .
Other Skill Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable of current janitorial /housekeeping cleaning methods and best practices.
