Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Oversee the daily operations of the guest farm, ensuring smooth and efficient running across all departments.

  • Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver consistent, high\-quality service to guests.

  • Manage guest relations, ensuring each experience is personalised and meaningful.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate events, retreats, and conscious gatherings, ensuring all details are executed to the highest standard.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Monitor budgets, stock levels, and operational efficiencies to support overall business goals.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Work closely with management to develop strategies that enhance the property’s ethos and guest experience.

    Requirements:<\/b>

    • Proven experience in a senior hospitality or operations management role.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team engagement.
