We currently looking for an Office Automation Sales & Marketing person to remotely drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the office automation sector. The role involves selling products such as printers, copiers, document management systems, and related solutions.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
A diploma/degree in sales, marketing, or business is advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the office automation or a similar B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently/ remotely and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
A cell phone and a laptop will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Promote and sell office automation solutions, including printers, copiers, scanners, and software (e.g., Canon, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh).
Prepare and present tailored proposals to potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and client consultations to understand business needs.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
Attend training sessions, team meetings, and corporate events as required.
B2B Sales experience
CRM and Software Tools
Basic knowledge of cloud-based document management or ERP integrations is a plus.
