Location: Cape Town Southern Suburbs

Requirements:

1. 4 years travel experience
2. First hand core destination experience (Sub-Saharan Africa)
3. Proven sales experience
4. Computer literate at an advanced level
5. Excellent communications skills both written & verbal
6. Knowledge of GDS/flight operating systems an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Curating high-end, tailor-made travel packages for a wide range of traveler segments
• Taking responsibility for the sales process from start to finish (including: planning, costing, refining & confirming -> post travel communications)
• Taking warm sales leads and converting them
• Presenting customised itineraries to clients 
• High end customer service
• Responsibility to keep abreast of the industry's developments
• Maintaining up to date commercial knowledge
