Dolan Hotels is on the search for a friendly, fun & knowledgeable Maintenance Person to join our maintenance team on a full-time contract in Jersey.
General Scope of the Job
This individual will be required to carry out routine maintenance and redecoration tasks to keep our three Hotels and staff accommodation in tip-top condition.
General maintenance & repair including:
Minor decorative works (painting/decorating)
Minor electrical works
Minor plumbing works
Assistance in selecting, advising and coordinating external contractors where necessary
Management of internal mail between our head office and hotels
Skills & qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role and/or in a range of trades to cover the day-to-day maintenance needs of the hotels. Professional qualifications and accreditations welcomed
Keep eye for detail and for a professional finish
Friendly, professional & well organised personality
Good timekeeping
Full clean driving license
5 years residency required
