MAINTENANCE MANAGER | HOTEL PROPERTIES

DURBAN CBD | DURBAN | KWAZULU NATAL

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must reside in/near Durban CBD | ESSENTIAL
• Salary on offer:  R15 000.00 per month 
• Must be available to start immediately
• Matric
• Able to manage and perform complete building maintenance and repairs to various hotel properties around Durban CBD Region 
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Well-groomed, professional and presentable for role
• Duties include:  General maintenance | painting | electrical maintenance | basic carpentry skills | building work and general repairs and maintenance to properties
• Own reliable vehicle | ESSENTIAL
• Valid Driver’s Licence (no endorsements) | ESSENTIAL
