ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Collect soiled laundry from rooms.
• Sort soiled laundry and load into machines.
• Load washed laundry into dryers.
• Neatly fold all clean laundry.
• Deliver folded laundry to supply closets.
• Prepare and wash stained linen on soaker cycle.
• Polish washing machines and dryers daily.
• Mop and dust laundry room daily.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Housekeeping, laundry and dry cleaning experience helpful.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses.
• Able to work well with others as part of a team.
• Highly detail-oriented.

UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
• Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Mobility throughout the facility.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to bend, twist, reach and kneel repeatedly.
• Able to wear required uniform.
