PURPOSE
The Spa Therapist at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel delivers professional therapeutic treatments in a tranquil, luxury spa environment. This role plays a key part in creating a restorative and personalized wellness experience for every guest, contributing to the resort’s four-star service excellence. The Spa Therapist is responsible for expertly performed massages and body therapies, with an emphasis on guest comfort, safety, and service satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
· Therapeutic Treatments: Provide a variety of massage and bodywork services including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and other customized modalities. Ensure each treatment is adjusted to the guest’s preferences, physical condition, and desired results.
· Consultations: Conduct detailed pre-treatment consultations to identify guest goals, concerns, and any contraindications. Tailor services to promote optimal outcomes and well-being.
· Sanitation: Uphold all cleanliness and sanitation protocols in accordance with Washington State requirements and spa procedures. Disinfect treatment rooms and equipment before and after every session, ensuring a consistently clean and inviting space.
· Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow therapists, estheticians, and Spa & Wellness Concierge to deliver a cohesive and exceptional guest experience. Contribute to spa operations by assisting with laundry, room resets, and maintaining tidy shared areas.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of all massage oils, body scrubs, and wellness products used in treatments. Offer informed recommendations and promote homecare products when appropriate to enhance results.
· Guest Service: Provide every guest with a welcoming, attentive, and professional interaction, in alignment with Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel’s elevated service standards. Address guest concerns or preferences with discretion, compassion, and care.
· Documentation: Accurately record guest treatment details, preferences, and any notes that support individualized care for future visits. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

· Forbes or AAA Diamond Service Standards experience
· Training or certification in additional wellness modalities such as reflexology, lymphatic drainage or aromatherapy.
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
