Why We Need Your Talents:
The Lead Event Technician is responsible for leading the technician team to execute all production-related tasks. This role will assist the Production Managers in overseeing and coordinating all technical and production details for client rentals (such as conferences, trade shows, meetings, and social functions), as well as the technical, hospitality, and transportation aspects of entertainment events. Collaborate with the Banquets, Marketing, and Sales departments to ensure the smooth and successful operation of events in The Hall & Event Center, as well as entertainment functions in the casino's food and beverage outlets. Train production technicians to support event operations. Direct production crews and act as on-site production representatives. The primary focus will always be on maintaining a positive, can-do attitude, with a strong emphasis on providing the highest level of guest service to both external and internal guests. The Lead Event Technician reports directly to the Production Manager.
