Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to oversee the laundry operations for our property. The ideal candidate will ensure a continuous supply of clean linens for the hotel by managing all stages of linen processing. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, and unloading washers and dryers.

- Oversee the ironing, folding, storing, and delivering of linens to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

- Clean and perform routine maintenance on laundry machinery to ensure optimal performance.

- Train and manage laundry staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in laundry operations or a supervisory role preferred.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Knowledge of laundry machinery and cleaning processes.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
