We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Systems Administrator to support our Revenue Department in maintaining the accuracy, functionality, and consistency of data across hotel booking systems, online channels, and digital platforms.
This is a dual-focused role involving system administration and digital content management — ensuring our rates, offers, and content remain accurate, aligned, and up to date across all platforms.

Key Performance Areas
1. Rate Loading & System Administration
Assist with accurate loading and updating of rates, promotions, and room inventory in the PMS and booking platforms.
Maintain rate parity and consistency across all online channels.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues under the guidance of the Group Revenue Manager.
Conduct regular system checks to ensure data accuracy and optimal performance.
2. Content Management & Digital Updates
Upload, review, and maintain hotel content (images, descriptions, amenities, offers) across OTAs, brand websites, and online channels.
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and supports revenue objectives.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to align rate and content updates with campaigns.
Monitor online listings for outdated or incorrect content and rectify promptly.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Compile and maintain reports on rate accuracy, booking trends, and system updates.
Support the Revenue team with basic data analysis to identify errors, inconsistencies, or opportunities.
Assist with preparing monthly performance summaries and audit reports.
4. Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency across rates, offers, and content.
Communicate updates, issues, and changes clearly and timeously.
Support training initiatives related to systems and content management.
5. System Enhancements & Learning
Stay informed about system updates, upgrades, and new tools.
Suggest workflow or system improvements.
Participate in internal training and continuous development initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of hotel PMS, CRS, OTA extranets, and CMS platforms.

Minimum Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in hotel systems, content management, or digital coordination (internship experience acceptable).
Basic knowledge of PMS, CRS, and OTA extranets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Understanding of hospitality operations preferred.
