We are so excited to continue working with one of the UK’s most stunning luxury country house hotels. They are searching for a talented Junior Sous Chef to elevate their brasserie-style restaurant. Responsibilities as Junior Sous Chef…

  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Assisting in mentoring and developing a team of 10 chefs, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
  • Maintaining strict quality control and hygiene standards in line with the hotel’s award-winning reputation.
  • Collaborating on menu development, using seasonal ingredients to create brasserie-style dishes that delight guests.
  • Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an outstanding dining experience.

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering comforting yet refined dishes made with the finest ingredients, all while growing your skills in a high-calibre kitchen.
