We are delighted to continue collaborating with an exclusive luxury country house hotel. They are seeking a Spa Director to lead and manage their serene and indulgent spa, delivering bespoke guest experiences and ensuring the seamless operation of this relaxing retreat.

You will be an experienced spa leader with a proven track record in managing luxury spa environments, possessing strong leadership skills and an unwavering commitment to providing rejuvenating experiences.

You will have a driving licence and your own mode of transport.

Responsibilities as the Spa Director…

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation
• Leading and developing the spa team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Managing budgets and driving revenue while maintaining profitability
• Designing and implementing innovative wellness treatments and services
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
