Junior Sous Chef – Luxury Boutique Hotel

We are delighted to be assisting a unique luxury boutique hotel set 20 minutes from the centre of Bath. Part of an award-winning and revered hotel group where each hotel has its own identity, they are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade.

You will be creating a selection of unforgettable seasonal dishes using produce grown in the hotel’s truly spectacular kitchen garden, working under an outstanding Head Chef who will really help elevate your skill set.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

• Up to £31,590 per annum plus £3,800 to £4,600 service charge

• Creating a variety of flavour-focused dishes from the hotel’s ever-changing seasonal menus
• Letting your creative juices flow with access to fresh produce from the hotel’s breathtaking kitchen garden
• Using your key attention to detail to ensure all your dishes are of a consistently high quality
• Making the most of the hotel’s training and development opportunities to elevate your skillset
