Our client is a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the stunning and historic surroundings of Bath. As part of an exceptional group of luxurious hotels, they are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of their recently refurbished restaurants.

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

• Being the second in command, and working closely with our Head Chef to inspire and guide the kitchen brigade.
• Taking a hands-on role in crafting exceptional dishes for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner menus.
• Collaborating on menu development for à la carte offerings, events, and private dining.
• Managing kitchen operations, including ordering, rotas, training, and maintaining the highest standards.
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and managing stock levels and rotation effectively.
