HVAC/R Technician

Position Summary: 

Seeking highly skilled HVAC/R Technician with experience working on mini-splits, regular splits, RTUs, and ice machines. Individuals with certifications and or experience in Daikin systems, Siemens BAS, JCI BAS, chillers, or boilers are encouraged to apply however experience and certification not required. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Service and maintain HVAC/R equipment on all hotel properties and including two office buildings. 
• Diagnose and repair mini spits, regular splits, rooftop units and ice machines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance/s at all hotel properties. 
• Initiate additional training and certification/s when needed to stay up to date with best practices within the industry. 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:

• Must meet the physical requirement of the HVAC/R role (lifting heavy equipment, working in tight spaces, climbing ladders, etc.).
• Must be computer literate for system monitoring and reporting.
• Strong experience working on mini-splits, regular splits, RTUs and ice machines. 
• Consistent and clear communication with peers and Management team.
• Ability to follow directions precisely, work independently and take a proactive approach in prevention and problem solving. 
• Bonus skills- Daikin systems, Siemens BAS, JCI BAS, chillers and boilers.
