The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting daily HR operations at The Biltmore Los Angeles. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and working closely with the Senior HR Manager, the HR Generalist assists in a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, compliance, and payroll support. This position is pivotal in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes in a dynamic, unionized hospitality setting.
