As the Human Resources Manager, you will be the backbone of our HR activities, ensuring effective recruitment processes, managing total compensation, and handling associate relations. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct interviews and oversee the selection process, ensuring adherence to procedures and providing valid reasons for decisions.
- Manage benefit plan enrollment, educate the HR team and associates on benefits, and coordinate the annual enrollment process.
- Collaborate with unemployment services, attend hearings, and manage associate benefit eligibility.
- Facilitate comprehensive new hire orientation programs, emphasizing guest service and HR policy compliance.
- Develop effective communication channels for associates, including regular meetings and updates on policies and company news.
