Are you someone who can spot a wrinkle from a mile away and loves creating perfection in every guest room? We're looking for a Housekeeping Inspector with a sharp eye, a passion for quality, and the drive to lead our housekeeping team to the next level! You’ll play a vital role in delivering the clean, comfortable, and flawless experience our guests rave about.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation
Ensure all rooms meet brand and quality standards before guest check-in
Coach and motivate room attendants to achieve excellence
Report and follow up on maintenance and service needs
Maintain housekeeping supply levels and inventory
Assist with training new team members
Support the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling and team coordination
Jump in to clean when needed—you're not afraid to lead by example!
Previous housekeeping experience required; prior inspector/supervisor experience preferred
High attention to detail—nothing gets past you!
Strong communication and people skills
Motivated, proactive, and confident in leading a team
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to move around the hotel (walking, standing, bending) for long periods
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
