We are looking for someone who will personify the spirit of the Fort Worth Stockyards, embodying the warmth and hospitality that defines our hotel. This individual will be an integral part of our team, passionate about preserving our legacy, and enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences for our guests, employees, and the community.

As a Housekeeper at Stockyards Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who is dedicated to providing legendary service to every guest, every day.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, even in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Remove dirty linen and trash from rooms throughout the day and restock linens and towels in checked-out rooms.
• Transport dirty linen from rooms to designated areas.
• Maintain clean corridors and stairways by vacuuming and picking up debris.
• Ensure storerooms remain clean, organized, and free of trash.
• Dust and wipe down fire doors, alarms, extinguishers, baseboards, and trash cans.
• Sweep and mop service areas daily.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms promptly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

MUST HAVES:

• A passion for providing outstanding experiences for our guests.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible with a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
