Are you ready to take your hotel sales career to the next level with a powerhouse team?
At Residence Inn & Courtyard by Marriott Islip, we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and people-savvy Hotel Sales Manager to join our growing team. You'll be the go-to expert for guest group bookings, social events, and key sales initiatives—and a critical right-hand to our Director of Sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for group bookings, event space inquiries, and VIP stays
  • Build strong client relationships—both online and in person
  • Own your sales pipeline: proactively source new business and manage existing accounts
  • Input bookings, manage room blocks, and ensure event accuracy in our systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain organized sales records and handle inbound social event inquiries
  • Take on exciting new challenges—no two days are the same!

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of direct hotel sales experience (Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager level) – REQUIRED
  • Experience in any hotel department is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with the local Islip market is a bonus
  • Brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, etc.) preferred
  • Confident with tech—Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality
