Your role would involve ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and recommendations for exploring the Cape Winelands. This estate is more than just a hotel—it’s an immersive experience that celebrates nature, sustainability, and South African heritage.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant diploma/degree in hospitality (beneficial)
• Previous hotel receptionist experience (advantageous)
• Neat, engaging, and professional demeanor
• Reliable and hardworking
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Willingness to work hospitality hours
• Computer literate, OPERA system experience (beneficial)

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check in guests
• Close departing guests’ accounts
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Handle administrative tasks
• Share knowledge about the Cape Winelands and its offerings
