• Operational Management by overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments to address operational challenges & ensure consistent service delivery
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence by ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
• Financial & Commercial Management by monitoring departmental costs & revenue performance
• People Management by fostering a positive, disciplined and high-performance work culture
• Provide strategic oversight & operational support to the Hotel Sales Department
• Conduct monthly audits on service and standard operating procedures on all Hotels
• Reporting & Administration by preparing operational reports for Group Operations Director
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), proficient skills in MS Office, good numeracy, verbal and written English skills. Deep knowledge of hotel operations with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel operations with proven experience in managing multi-departmental hotel operations.
