Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

We’re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping supervisor to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Middletown, Delaware.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply.

The housekeeping supervisor will:

• Monitor all daily housekeeping operations, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
• Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory of cleaning supplies, and assist with ordering new supplies
• Provide support with cleaning tasks as needed and ensure all guest rooms are completed each day
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed

• At least 2+ years of supervisor experience in housekeeping management as a housekeeping director or similar position preferred
• At least 2+ years of experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
• Leadership experience required
• Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds occasionally
