Job Summary:
JSK Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dual Director of Sales to lead and oversee the total sales efforts for both the Courtyard and Residence Inn Louisville Northeast. This position is responsible for driving top-line revenue, increasing market share, and building long-term client relationships while ensuring brand integrity and adherence to JSK’s operational excellence standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-brand environment, is highly organized, and brings a proven track record of success in hotel sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that encompasses both hotels, targeting all market segments including corporate, group, government, and extended stay.
Lead direct sales efforts, actively soliciting key accounts, negotiating contracts, and closing business to achieve budgeted revenue goals.
Create annual sales and marketing plans in alignment with brand goals and JSK performance objectives.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team across both properties.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to sales staff.
Coordinate with the on-property leadership team to align operational and sales goals.
Account Management & Revenue Optimization
Maintain relationships with key accounts, third-party partners, and local businesses to drive repeat business and referrals.
Partner with Revenue Management and eCommerce to optimize pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales efforts accordingly.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget updates to the Regional VP of Sales and ownership.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, collateral, and presence across both properties.
Represent both properties at networking events, industry conferences, and community functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business; Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or multi-property role.
Experience with Marriott systems and extended stay products strongly preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, CI/TY, Marriott One Yield, and Microsoft Office Suite.
