Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the Hotels and Food & Beverage Finance team.
Oversee daily revenue reconciliation for hotel and food & beverage operations.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.
Review and authorize the Daily Revenue and Food & Beverage Cost Reports.
Handle financial queries and discrepancies effectively.
Post month-end journals and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Support the Financial Controller with accounting-related tasks.
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12.
Post-matric Accounting qualification (essential).
Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
Proficiency in Opera, Micros, and MS Excel (ACCPAC knowledge is an advantage).
Strong supervisory, analytical, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
